1. General Informationt
Browse our menu, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation via SMS and email.
Online orders close by 9PM daily. Dine-in service is available until 11PM. We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.
Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address and phone number during checkout. You can add a note for special instructions.
All our meals are designed to serve one average-sized adult. You can click on any meal to view the calorie counts and nutritional facts. Feedy meals are all less than 600 calories and work great for dinner or lunch. And with a variety of add-ons available for purchase, we can cover your breakfast and snacks, too!
2. Payment
We accept payments via Paystack (card or bank transfer). All online payments are secure and encrypted.
Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your payment receipt or bank statement showing the transaction. We’ll verify and process your order.
Currently, we require full payment upfront. For large catering orders, please contact us to discuss payment arrangements.
3. Delivery
Delivery fee is distance-based from our location at Old Bodija, Ibadan. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout based on your address.
Typical delivery time is 45–90 minutes, depending on traffic, weather, and distance from our location. You’ll receive updates on your order status.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. If unavailable, the rider will contact you. Orders returned due to unavailability may incur additional fees.
We deliver within Ibadan. Enter your address at checkout to confirm if we deliver to your location and see the delivery fee.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
We sincerely apologize! Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos of what you received. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
You can modify or cancel your order only within 10 minutes of placing it and before the order is sent out for delivery. After this window, cancellation is not possible.
Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we can update the address. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible and no refund will be issued for wrong addresses.
5. Food & Custom Requests
Yes! You can specify preferences like spice level, extra portions, or ingredient modifications in the order notes. Additional charges may apply for extras.
Absolutely! We offer catering services for events of all sizes. Contact us on WhatsApp at least 48 hours in advance for large orders.
We use only fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Our Ofada rice is authentic Nigerian rice, and all our meals are prepared fresh for each order.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate within 2 hours. Consume within 24 hours. Reheat thoroughly before eating.
